We're proud to announce that Earthletica is now a certified B Corp!
A Certified B Corporation (B Corp) is a for-profit company verified by B Lab to meet high, audited standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. The "B" stands for "benefit for all," meaning these businesses balance profit with purpose, aiming to create a positive impact on workers, communities, and the planet.
Key Aspects of B Corps:
- Rigorous Certification: Companies must achieve a minimum score on the B Impact Assessment and re-certify every three years.
- Legal Commitment: They are required to consider the impact of their decisions on all stakeholders (employees, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment), rather than just shareholders.
- Verified Performance: B Lab assesses a company's impact across key areas such as climate action, human rights, and governance.
- Global Movement: There are over 7,300 certified B Corps across 161 industries and 92 countries.
We pursued certification because transparency and accountability matter to us, especially in an industry where sustainability claims can often be unclear. Becoming a B Corp is a meaningful marker that how we build, source, and operate has been independently assessed against rigorous standards.
We’ve always believed performance, innovation, and responsibility should go hand in hand. This isn’t a finish line. It’s an ongoing commitment, and we’ll continue focusing on building high-performance activewear through innovation, better materials, and better practices designed for long-term impact.
