Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
We've made the process simple and self-service through our online Returns Portal.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, free from marks, damage and deodorant stains.

Return Options
You can choose from the following options through our Returns Portal:
- Exchange for a different size. Return shipping is free, and any discount applied to your original purchase will be honoured on your exchange.
- Store credit with a 10% bonus and free return shipping.
- Refund to your original payment method. The applicable return postage cost will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount will be shown in the Returns Portal before you confirm your return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess the issue and make it right.
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please lodge your return through the Returns Portal and select the appropriate return reason. Return shipping for faulty, damaged or incorrect items is free of charge.
Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If your requested exchange item is available, we'll process your exchange once your return has been approved in accordance with this Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and in its original packaging (where applicable).
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Where applicable, the return postage cost will be deducted from your refund before it is processed. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product has a fault, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law will apply. Our change-of-mind returns policy is offered in addition to those rights.
Returning Your Item

- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the item(s) you'd like to return and choose whether you'd like an exchange, store credit or refund.
- Follow the prompts. If a return shipping fee applies, it will be shown before you confirm your return.
- Print your return label or use the QR code at any Australia Post outlet, then lodge your parcel.
You'll receive email updates throughout the return process.
